公司于2003年7月在北京中关村成立。
公司生产厂址位于北京大兴区魏善庄工业区A38号
陶瓷轴承是利用现代工程陶瓷材料优良的物理、化学和机械性能，经过特殊的加工工艺制成的具有许多优异性能的轴承。
陶瓷轴承：具有耐各种强酸、强碱、盐等腐蚀性介质侵蚀、耐高温、耐磨损、结构重量轻、极限转速高、噪声低、电绝缘、高温下尺寸稳定、启动力矩小、可在润滑条件恶劣的工况下工作，具有较高的使用寿命，可广泛地应用于：航空、航天、航海、石油、化工、机械、汽车、机车、冶金、电力、轻纺、泵类、制药、食品机械、医疗器械、科研和国防军事技术等领域。是具有较大的社会和经济效益的新材料高科技产品。
陶瓷轴承1994年获国家发明专利；2000年10月通过哈尔滨市科委科技成果鉴定。
目前中兴实强公司能够生产:Si3N4、SiC、ZrO2、Al2O3、B4C等五种高性能陶瓷材料制品；可生产280种型号P0-P5级精度的全陶瓷轴承，组合陶瓷轴承；轴承最小内径尺寸4mm,最大外径180mm；可生产G28-G5级精度的陶瓷球。除陶瓷轴承之外，已成功地开发了结构陶瓷机械零部件、陶瓷喷嘴、陶瓷机械密封件、陶瓷量具块规、陶瓷热电偶、陶瓷轴承标准件、陶瓷测头千分尺、陶瓷拉丝模、陶瓷电池模具、陶瓷活动支点、陶瓷缸套、陶瓷防弹片、陶瓷凡尔、陶瓷柱塞、陶瓷人工关节、陶瓷手术刀具及生活用具等新产品30多个；制定和完善了企业生产内控标准73项；获得四项国家专利。已建立了陶瓷粉体制备、等静压成型、气氛保护烧结、制品超精加工等完备的工艺体系，可按国际标准、国家标准或用户要求生产各种精度等级的陶瓷轴承、陶瓷滚锥、陶瓷球、陶瓷滚锥、陶瓷滚针和陶瓷套圈。

The main products of company, zirconia,Aluminum oxide,silicon carbide,silicon nitride bear-ings,balls, and a great many workpieces of the mentions ceramic. The bearings have obtai-ned the CHINESE STATE NEW PRODUCT,in 2002 , and seven patents assigned by China Patent office, SQ produces ceramic bearings,balls and other products in quantities to meet the requirement of domestic and foreign customers. the ball’s size is fro-m 0.5 to 90mm and precision includes G5-G100, All qualitles are certified by national bearing compo-nents certified center. Full ceramic ball bearings (outer ring ,inner ring and ball are madeof ceramics,cage is made of Teflon or graphite reinforcing )and hybrid ceramic ball beari-ngs (outer ring and inner ring are made of steel) made by SQ and its cooperative units have been exported to USA、GERMANY、JAPAN、TAIWAN AND KOREA customer andother countries and areas. The SQ products of ceramic and ceramic bearings have been successfully applied in aviation and aerospace spheres,contributing to a lot fornational defe-nse. Today ceramic bearings of various specification in a wide rang of sizes,which are made by SQ,have been assembled in precision, high speed main shaft dental drill instru-ment bearing, computer hard disk driver and electric fan, anti-magnetic, anti-corrosion,high-temperature,applications.
Field of Application
一）High temperature field
The transmit roller of high temperature furnaces:Si3N4 ceramic retains strength and harden-ss nearly up to 800℃,and Aluminum oxide 、silicon carbide nearly up to 1000--1400℃,but bearing steel hardness drops above 120℃
二）High-speed rotation field
Such as high speed motor spindle bearings,main shaft bearings of machine.The specific gra-vity of Si3N4 is 3.20g/cm and that of bearing steel is 7.85g/cm,We can see the former ismuch lower than the latter,therefor the ceramic rolling elements can effectively restrain the centrifugal force,which produces in high speed rotation,and reduce the load of rolling ele-ments and race way corresponding reduces.This is good to prevent surfaces from damage.
三）Aviation and airspace fields
The coefficient of thermal expiation of Si3N4 is 0.0000032/k but that of bearing steel is 0.00001/k,that are nearly in the ration of 1 to 4. Thereford Si3N4 cermic bearings are mo-re stable and reliable in a temperature changeable condition.
四）Main shaft of machine tools
The Si3N4 ceramic has double the hardness of bearing steel,and 1/3 modulus of elasticitylarger than that of bearing steel,We can found that the elastic deformation of Si3N4 is small under an identical loading.
五）Chemical machinery,food industry and marine industry
The ceramic bearings can solve corrosion problems Ex. acid ,alkali ,salt and so on.
六）High vacuum field
In high vacuum field people take the advantage of self-lubrication of ceramic bearings to replace the bearing in order to prevent vacuum from lubrication contamination.
七）Strong magnetic environment
n a strong magnetic environment the metal powder which is produced from wear of steel bearing,adheres the surfaces of rolling element and race way and causes flanking in aduance and increasing noise. The solution to this problem is also using ceramic bearing.
八）Toys ,roller skates,model navigation and motor-driven toys
It is the price factor of ceramic bearing that limits its wide use in the world.So up to no-w most applications of ceramic bearing are merely in high speed,high precision mechanism,in addition the hybrid construction of ceramic bearing,that is ceramic ball with steel inn-er ring and outer ring,is most adopted.Owing to adopting net shaping technology the using of above mentioned spheres but also of roller skates,model navigation and motor-driven toys.
